Come out to celebrate the beginning of the camping season in beautiful Terra Pomaria. There will be activities for all ages. Enjoy the pageantry of the pas d'armes tournament, learn something new, and cheer on our children as they compete in the Youth Championship. These are only a few of the many activities you will find at Bar Gemels this year: Two heavy tournaments, rapier, archery, bardic, family activities, Youth Armed Combat, Ithra classes, and more! Never fear if it is still too cold or wet for you to embrace pulling out your pavilion! Cabins are available through preregistration.

Bed space is $5 a bunk or $40 per cabin with 8 bunks – preregistration is REQUIRED for cabin reservations!

$35 for 4 $10 meal punch cards.
$10 Punch cards also will be available in the kitchen during mealtimes.

Directions to Site: From I-5 N or S in Salem, Take Exit 253 onto OR-22 N SANTIAM HWY. Head east towards Detroit Lake/Bend. The camp is approximately 15 miles East on Hwy 22. The camp is located on the right just after mile marker 16.

Site Rules:

Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and end at 7 am.

The river and ropes course are off limits.

Fires must be 16 inches above the ground. Absolutely no tiki torches.
Do not leave your fire unattended. Each fire must have a fire
extinguisher or designated bucket of water nearby.

Discrete alcohol use only. Alcohol must be in period containers.

No running with scissors!

Pets must be under your control at all times. This means on leash or
contained in cabin/tent UNDER YOUR SUPERVISION. Please clean up after your pet.

All buildings, including cabins, are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed
in private encampments only.

Illegal drugs are not permitted. In regards to marijuana laws, all SCA
participants should follow modern law, both State and Federal. As it
is still illegal under Federal law, marijuana is prohibited at SCA

A parent or designated babysitter age 18 or older must be within sight
and sound of  children under 12 at all times.  People not following
the Society's child policy will be asked  to leave the site.  No
refunds will be given.

Leave the site as clean, if not cleaner, than when you arrived.
